Hallingsteinen

This landmark is easily seen from the parking next to the road over Smådalsfjellet. The walk in is 2 km and takes about 30-40 minutes.

The easiest way up and down the boulder has been ascended for years. Development of the other lines in 2024. This rock is very popular among hikers. Please respect the natural appearance of the rock - no wire brushing and remove chalk and tick marks.
