Hakered gives you entertaining and intense climbing in a nice environment.
ASPECT AND CLIMATE
The crag is facing south (sun all day), is partially shadowed by trees and dries relatively fast (i .e. spring and autumn are the best climbing periods here).
THE ROUTES
The climbing in Hakered is mostly vertical or slightly overhanging and the routes are about 10 m high. All routes are bolted and equipped with lower-offs.
Hakered was developed during 2003.
There are remains of a hill-fort in the area which makes the access situation quite sensitive. Do not put up any new routes on the crag and stay on the paths in the area.
Do not drive on the gravelled road leading to the crag. It is a private road.

From Gothenburg take motorway E6 northwards. Leave the motorway at exit 85, Rödbomotet (signs for Torslanda/Säve) and follow the signs for Säve. After about 1,5 km turn right onto Hakeredsvägen. Directly after the turn you’ll see a quite big gravelled car park on your left-hand side. Park here.

The drive is about 20 km.
From the car park follow Hakeredsvägen and you should spot the crag on your right side after about 350 m (some 50 m into the forest).
