At the main wall there's steep overhang climbing on finger pockets or jugs.. so the grades range from upper 6b+ to 9a+. Furthermore there's vertical climbing on pockets and jugs as well, so there's a route for every one.

For the main wall you better wait for summer or even autumn. The upper sector can be worth a try in spring as well.

The main wall takes long time to dry but stays dry in temporary rain. The upper sector and "Grausamer Tümpel" dries faster but is not rain protected

Except the upper stage sector above the main wall all sectors are suitable for kids perfectly.

Down south you get into the Trubachtal with it's famous Camping "Oma Eichler".
Shopping facilities are in "Egloffstein", good Restaurant in "Obertrubach"

While everybody pilgrimage to "Gößweinstein" you might pilgrimage to the grave of "Wolfgang Güllich" at the cemetery in "Obertrubach".
