some decent climbing right outside of Washington, DC. beautiful area, essentially top rope only climbing.

A lot of good top-roping with a mile hike, or so, down the river trail. 20-30 foot walls. Micro dome is really fun and it close to the visitors center.

Great place for top roping in the area. Quartzite rock can make foot work tricky (slippery) at times.
