OBS! It is forbidden to climb in Getakyrkan between September 1 to January 31. This is due to the ongoing hunting and it can be very dangerous to appear in the area. Also the wild animals must not be disturbed during this period.
Directions:
The area is located along the national road 48 / E20, which runs between Mariestad and Skövde. The instructions describe approach from Mariestad direction.
Exactly 4 km from the exit E20 / Rv 48 there's a little side road. Check the odometer and slow down! If there are little or no leaves on trees, you can see some of the blocks from the road quite clearly (on the left). The road / gate will follow immediately after.
Remember to close the gate behind you!
