From Cisano, continue in the direction of Martinetto. Do not turn toward Val Pennavaire; instead, take the right-hand road toward Zuccarello. After passing an old former military checkpoint and before reaching the village of Zuccarello, you will find a small chapel on the right. From here, a short side road leads to the parking area, where the Ligurian Canine Rescue unit is also located.
From the parking area, head toward the concrete ramp but do not take it. The trail starts immediately to its right, initially following a flat path that enters the valley. In the first section, the path crosses a small stream several times, including one crossing beneath an overhead drainage channel.
The trail then climbs to a broad plateau, from which a crag is visible; this is not the Circo, which lies further to the left. Continue toward the wall, keeping to the right. After passing the first rocky pillar, the Circo crag is reached shortly thereafter.
