Cherokee East/West is Public Land through the Independence County, Cherokee Wildlife Management Area. It is a Walk-In Only access. Currently there is only 1 parking area. No motorized vehicles are allowed into Cherokee WMA. Visit http://www.agfc.com/resources/maps/Jamestown%20Independence%20County%20WMA.pdf for a detailed topo of public land access for Cherokee and Jamestown WMA tracks. A hunting club has leased adjoining land in every direction. Please do not trespass, stay within the orange/red paint.
