Drive to Cetea and follow the main road(there are also signs with Baile Romane) until the end of the village, then turn left on a rougher dirt road and follow it through an orchard until the flat area at the end. From there you must walk by the river around 5 minutes until you see a postsign. There you take the path to the right, pass through the bushes and you'll reach the right side of the sector.
