No special access issues
From the bridge over the Alba river walk for 15 minutes along the Fella river until you see a two meter wide stream coming down from an amphitheather of rock with a waterfall, walk up the stream (if it's the right one It should be very easy to follow a path that goes mostly up the stream except for a few meters where It goes slightly to the right) for 2 minutes up to the waterfall and you will be there.
