No special access issues
Arrival:
From Arco head to Trento. Follow the main road for about 4 km until you get to the roundabout of Dro town. Take the right turn towards "Castello di Drena" and after few meters keep the right. Follow this road for 4.5 km and enter the small town of Drena (the nice castle of Drena will be on the right). Keep driving on the main road along Cavedine valley for 10.1 km till you reach a roundabout with the indications to “Lagolo”. Go right towards Lagolo and follow the main road for 2.5 km till you get to the first hairpin bend. If your goal is Castel Madruzzo, park your car inside the hairpin bend.
If you want to reach lagolo continue driving for 5.1 km till you find a large space on the left side of the road where you can park the car. The car park is just before a road starting on the left and about 60 meters before the “Lagolo” road sign.
Finally if you want to climb by Vason, keep driving and go over Lagolo. Stay on the main road for 12.5 km (do not take any turn) and you will get to Vason. Drive through Vason and just after the Hotel Montana on the left, turn left in the large car park.
Sectors:
Castel Madruzzo:
Cross the road and take the uphill dirt road starting from the bend. After 50 meters keep the left or stay on the bumpy road (the bumpy road is a little bit longer). Now walk for other 320 meters and you will find a path junction. Keep the right, go over a large boulder and after 35-40 meters take the path on the right that leads to the crag.
Lagolo:
From the car park the crag is already visible. Walk back in the direction of the crag for about 150 meters and look for an uphill path starting on the left side of the road. Take it and you will reach the crag after few hundreds of meters.
Vason:
All the approach for the crag is indicated by signals (“Palestra di Roccia”). From the car park, take the narrow road running along the small football field and just after it go left. Take the path indicated by the signals and in few minutes you will get to the crag.
