Climbing has been limited!

Almost all the climbing areas around Cat Ba island require an access pass due to local land laws, land management, or lease requirements. Be sure to buy an access pass at the Asia Outdoors shop for the climbing area you are interested in before you go into the field. Access passes for Cat Ba Island or the Bay cost $1-3 USD per day, per person. Obtaining the pass in advance will save you trouble with local farmers, fisherman, and authorities.
