⛰️Bric Scimarco is a beautiful crag, well maintained and varied, and definitely worth a visit.
Set in a quiet and pleasant environment, the Attico crag is an extensive rock band immersed in a relaxed setting. This appealing area mainly offers technical climbing on vertical walls, with a few short roof sections that require greater physical effort.
The Finalese limestone, internationally renowned for sport and exploratory climbing, continues here to offer new routes, suitable both for more experienced climbers and for families and beginners, thanks to the wide range of difficulties available.
The route developer recommends paying particular attention to loose stones at the base of the wall, as they may fall into the crag below. It is therefore important to climb carefully and ensure that the area at the base is always clear of people.
The Gli Indomiti sector, on the other hand, is a small sector with a few routes at easier grades, ideal for those looking for more accessible climbs or for taking their first steps on rock.
The crag has been divided into two sectors, upper and lower, to make orientation easier.

Bric Scimarco è una bellissima falesia, ben curata e varia, che merita sicuramente una visita.
Ambiente tranquillo e piacevole, la falesia dell’Attico è una fascia rocciosa estesa, immersa in un contesto rilassante. Questo affascinante luogo offre principalmente scalate su muri verticali tecnici, con alcuni brevi tratti di tetto che richiedono maggiore impegno fisico.
Il calcare del Finalese, rinomato a livello internazionale per l’arrampicata sportiva ed esplorativa, continua qui a regalare nuove linee, adatte sia agli scalatori più esperti sia alle famiglie e ai principianti, grazie alla varietà di difficoltà presenti.
Il chiodatore consiglia di prestare particolare attenzione alla presenza di sassi alla base della parete, che potrebbero cadere nella falesia sottostante. È quindi importante arrampicare con cautela e assicurarsi che la zona alla base sia sempre libera da persone.
Il settore Gli Indomiti, invece, è un piccolo settore con alcune vie su livelli facili, ideale per chi cerca tiri più accessibili o per muovere i primi passi sulla roccia.
La falesia è stata divisa in due settori, superiore e inferiore, per facilitare l’orientamento. Entrambi presentano la stessa esposizione e la stessa qualità di roccia.

Bric Scimarco ist eine schöne Felswand, gut gepflegt und abwechslungsreich, und auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert.
In einer ruhigen und angenehmen Umgebung gelegen, ist die Felswand Attico ein ausgedehntes Felsband, eingebettet in eine entspannte Landschaft. Dieses reizvolle Gebiet bietet hauptsächlich technische Kletterei an vertikalen Wänden, mit einigen kurzen Dachpassagen, die größeren körperlichen Einsatz erfordern.
Der Kalkstein des Finalese, international bekannt für Sport- und Erkundungskletterei, bietet hier weiterhin neue Routen, die sowohl für erfahrene Kletterer als auch für Familien und Anfänger geeignet sind, dank der großen Vielfalt an Schwierigkeiten.
Der Erschließer empfiehlt, besonders auf lose Steine am Wandfuß zu achten, da diese in die darunterliegende Felswand fallen könnten. Daher ist es wichtig, vorsichtig zu klettern und sicherzustellen, dass der Bereich am Einstieg stets frei von Personen ist.
Der Sektor Gli Indomiti hingegen ist ein kleiner Bereich mit einigen Routen in leichteren Schwierigkeitsgraden, ideal für alle, die zugängliche Linien suchen oder ihre ersten Schritte am Fels machen möchten.
Die Felswand wurde zur besseren Orientierung in zwei Sektoren unterteilt, einen oberen und einen unteren.

The upper bar, known as the Attico, was initially bolted in the 1980s and later re-bolted around 2016, providing greater safety and new climbing possibilities for climbers. Meanwhile, the Placca del Metamorfosi was equipped more recently, in 2025, by Mauro Rossi, adding new technical and interesting routes to the sector.

At the same time, Giorgio Delfino has made a significant contribution to the area by bolting all the crags named after animals, enriching the local climbing scene with varied and challenging routes.

Currently, the development of the lower sector of Bric Scimarco is still ongoing, with new routes being explored and equipped. This demonstrates that the crag is not only a historic site but also a dynamic and evolving environment. The future of the area looks extremely promising, offering climbers a unique mix of tradition, innovation, and opportunities still to be discovered.

La barra superiore, conosciuta come l’Attico, fu inizialmente chiodata negli anni ’80 e successivamente richiodata intorno al 2016, garantendo maggiore sicurezza e nuove possibilità di salita per gli scalatori. Nel frattempo, la Placca del Metamorfosi è stata attrezzata più di recente, nel 2025, da Mauro Rossi, aggiungendo nuove linee tecniche e interessanti al settore.

Parallelamente, Giorgio Delfino ha contribuito significativamente allo sviluppo delle falesie della zona, chiodando tutte le vie dei settori denominati con nomi di animali, arricchendo così il panorama arrampicatorio locale con percorsi variegati e stimolanti.

Attualmente, lo sviluppo del settore inferiore di Bric Scimarco è ancora in corso, con nuove vie che continuano a essere esplorate e attrezzate.
