Björkkärret offers a fun collection of problems very easily accessible. The boulders have overhangs and slabs with lots of slopers and crimps. The rocks quality is good and not as sharp as it first may look.
Some recommended problems:
⭐ "Sweep it into space" (6B+) - Overhanging start with good crimps & slopers.
⭐ "Freak Scene" (6B+)
⭐ Stone Choppin' (7A) - Overhanging arête with crimps.
⭐ Sidewalk (7A) - Slopers!
⭐ "Goin' Against Your Mind" (7B) - Sit start on a 35 degrees overhang, isn't over just because you managed to catch and hold the sloper pinch.
Best season is usually early spring. Main boulders are located inside the mixed forest and mostly shaded so they can be OK in hotter seasons, but may also take some time to dry. "Sprickan vid vägen" is in a clear cut and can dry fast.
The landings are good. An extra pad recommended for the overhanging problems on "Freak Scene" (some larger rocks underneath).
