No special access issues
Björkelund is located north of Runtorp. From Kalmar it's about 29 kilometers to drive (~23 minutes).
🚗 From Kalmar drive E22 south west towards Malmö/Karlskrona and after 11 kilometers take the exit towards Påryd/Tvärskog. Take the third exit in the roundabout towards Påryd. After about 14 kilometers turn right to Runtorp and after another 4 kilometers you reach the parking 🅿️ for Björkelund - a small old tractor road on the left side of the road. See map for coordinates.
🚶🏽♀️ After parking you cross the road and the boulder can be seen 80 meters from the road in the forest.

Note:
• Follow "Allemansrätten".
• Be very careful to not hurt tree plants or other sensitive vegetation.
• Drive carefully and park where you don't block access for other vehicles.
• Do not litter.
• Keep a low profile.
• Remove tick marks and excessive chalk from holds.
• Be observant of any hunting in the area. If there is hunting going on then do not climb. Avoid the area during the first week(s) of elk hunting season which starts October 8.
