  • Long diagonal wide crack with interesting start. Well bolted and safe, but climbing might feel more alpine than mixed or drytooling.
  • Brutal start start leads to delicate feet to halfway ledge. If enough ice, some interesting thin ice action might make it possible to continue to the top.
  • Right side of the hanging block is less steep and more footholds, so less pumpy than Vahinko. Interesting topout.

Face 6 / 9
  • Brutal roof at the beginning leads to interesting turfy or frozen thin crack to the top. Be careful with the 3rd clip, if clipping low a rather long QD or even sling is advised as the ground is still close. Top crack requires frozen turf, do not climb the top when not in condition.

Face 7 / 9
  • Tricky openbook with some delicate laybacking. Interesting topout, especially as it tends to fill with ice, making it quite tricky. Top crack requires frozen turf, do not climb the top when not in condition.
  • Climb out from the cave and follow the crack to the anchors. Sustained and interesting climbing followed by some thin climbing to reach the anchors. Top crack requires frozen turf, do not climb the top when not in condition.

  • Steep and relentless crack, that does not give up until you stand on the ledge and clip the anchor. 4 bolts now and anchor, a lower bolt hole is drilled and will be installed later. FA gave 6/6+, but due to sustained nature of the line perhaps 6+ is closer to the truth. Repeats will consolidate the grade.
  • Ankkuri mutta ei pultteja
