Z21-9 Coconut Ghost, 6B+
Start with a hand on the obvious and another hand on the under cling, then move up and climb the horizontal crack to make your way out of the cave. After coming out, be careful with a block of rock that is locked in the arete as it might come off. Climb straight up. Clean the exit before climbing.
