Slippery Corner

Please corrdct if wrong, i'm not very experienced in grading routes. Start holds marked in picture (R, L), only vertical grip surfaces allowed. Top out possible but prohibited by Owner, save power to climb down. The concrete is very slippery, a brush is mandatory.
