  • Follow the stone steps up. Crack is allowed.
  • Use the face left of the oak to go up. You may use the right arete for your hands but keep your feet on the face. Opposite wall and crack are off limits (and the oak tree as well), you may use the underclings/sidepulls that are on the same side as the face. The rock is quite brittle and the lower part has become rather difficult due to broken footholds. A footwork master never complains but for others it's probably OK to use the arete for hooking with your feet as well.
  • SDS 6A+. Follow the thin finger crack up.
  • Follow the slab straight up. Neither crack nor arete is allowed. Climb only on the face.
  • Follow the corner up. You may use the arete for your hands but keep your feet on the face.

  • Figure out the start and up you go.
  • SDS...two hands on a good jug. Follows the big slopy vertical rail up.
  • Follow the face up. Big crack is not allowed. Be ready for sharp surprises. Sit start is also possible but does not add too much difficulty.
  • Follow the large handcrack up. A sit start is also possible from the left crack. Adds a bit of spice and difficulty to the problem. The drilled hole is not included.
  • Crimp hard and go straight up the face. SDS is also available but considerably harder. Left variation is also possible (see video for more).
  • Wrestle your way up the large crack. Using only laybacking to ascend adds some difficulty.
  • Go up on the face left of the arete.

  • Right of the arete. You can use the corner for your hands but keep your feet on the face. A good foothold broke...so the lower part is considerably tougher now.
  • Follow the large crack up. An option to only use handjams is also available.
