There is a knee-bar for the 4th and 5th move. I didn't use a kneepad. I hate knee-bars. I fell off the lip doing it Griff's way, then Jason found the kneebar to make the low crux easier. It's easier with the kneebar, but maybe still 8B since it felt like REALLY HARD 8B before.
