The road to the boulder is not free (private road). The small rock (down, right) is NOT a part of the route. The start holds are the crimpy part near the small rock (the start of the drowed line), be carefoul to not touch the small rock. After that you have to jump up to the sloper part (hard but enjoyable dyno move). The upper top section is relatively obvious.
