Øksa
Øksa
Den gyldne omvei, 6b
Two parts, can be climbed as one or two pitches. Total length approx. 40m. First part traverses left under large roof to an anchor with two rings. Second part moves up along the corner, continues up along flakes and ends on a ledge. Either rappel down the route (exactly 30 meters, use at least 60m rope), or climb up and to the left a few meters (protected with bolts) to reach the large ledge in the middle of the wall (2nd belay of Øksa). If climbing the whole route as a single pitch, bring 22-24 quickdraws to clip every bolt. However, bolts are relatively closely spaced and some may be skipped. Consider using 60cm sling in some placements to avoid rope drag. FA: Attila Gregusik, Martin H. Skjelvareid & David M. Grant, 2021.

A nice line following a single feature from bottom to top, with a delicate (but easy) traverse under the roof, a little tricky laybacking/smearing/jamming up the corner, and balancing along sideways flakes towards the top.
