Sitstarted from 2 sidepulls, not sure what was the original version. Massive first move then some tension moves with heel hook into swing and technical mantle.

crux move is holding the swing. with a lot of tension it's possible to first release the heel hook and use a foothold a bit higher before releasing into the swing.
