Starting left hand of the bulge matching with a high heel. Traverse the lip using the crimps, small pinch & heels about half way across the bloc then go up for the jug and crimp, one above the other. Finish off using the monos to traverse to a mono side pull go up to the big spiked jug. This bulge is out as is below the overhang but the underside face is in.
