Preferred approach is from Irox.
* From the village, follow the paved path north along the seafront (right with your back to Kalymnos) past the tavernas and Paradise Beach. Continue walking (~50min) following the wooden signposts to Eros (red and blue paint marks) until you arrive at a goat pen and path going left (blue paint) ~200m before the base of Miltiadis. If you arrive at a big rock on the path with ʼMiltiadisʼ painted on it, follow this path around the base of Miltiadis towards the monastery.
*From the jetty for St. Constantinos, follow the path (red and blue paint marks) until you arrive at the base of Miltiadis.
*From Irox, follow the path steeply up to the base of the cliff and follow it to the left, around the headland back towards Telendos village until you arrive at the base of Miltiadis. Continue around the base of the cliff from Miltiadis on a faint path (cairns) up toward the base of St. Constantinos.
Park at Myrties and take the ferry to Telendos. From the Telendos ferry jetty, you can either walk or continue on the ferry to Irox (if you ask, the boat may stop at the jetty for St Constantinos). Walk in times from the village 1hr 15, from Irox 35min, from the St Constantinos jetty 25mins.
