The area is easily reachable by public transportation or by city bikes, as there's a city bike station close by. If you do go by car, parking on Saunalahdentie where the parking sign is marked, is a good option.

Paths to the rocks are in good shape and it's possible to come with a stroller. All the blocks are within few minutes walk from each other.
