⛰️The bouldering here takes place on medium to high-quality limestone, mostly featuring crimps, slopers, and the occasional classic Verdonesque pocket. The boulders are generally quite tall, so it’s recommended to bring plenty of crash pads and pay close attention to the often technical landings.
There is a family-friendly area, but only in the lower sector; the rest of the zones require more caution and awareness. While the number of boulders is limited, the quality of the lines is outstanding, with solid rock and powerful, engaging moves.
Important note: there is no cell phone coverage in the area.

⛰️Il boulder qui si sviluppa su un calcare di media o ottima qualità, caratterizzato prevalentemente da tacche, svasi e occasionali gocce classiche in stile verdoniano. I blocchi, in genere, sono piuttosto alti, quindi è consigliabile portare parecchi crash pad e prestare attenzione agli atterraggi, spesso tecnici.
Il settore presenta anche una zona family friendly, ma limitatamente alla parte più bassa: le altre aree richiedono maggiore cautela e attenzione. I massi non sono molti, ma la qualità delle linee è davvero elevata, con movimenti intensi e roccia solida.
Nota importante: non c’è copertura telefonica nella zona.

The discovery of the Limone bouldering area dates back to 2024 and is credited to Alessandro Palma. It all began almost by chance, when Rocco Oddo — brother of renowned climber Enzo Oddo — mentioned the presence of some interesting boulders he had noticed while climbing a route just above the area.
Curious, Palma went to check it out and immediately saw the potential of the blocks. Together with a group of friends, he began cleaning and brushing them with care and dedication, eventually freeing the first lines. Without any big announcements, a new bouldering area was born, tucked into the beautiful alpine landscape above Limone Piemonte.
But the story doesn't end there: as of 2024, there’s still room to make your mark. With open projects waiting to be sent and new lines to be cleaned, the area offers a real opportunity to contribute to the ongoing development of a crag that still has plenty to offer.

⏪⌚La scoperta della zona boulder di Limone risale al 2024 e si deve ad Alessandro Palma. Tutto iniziò quasi per caso, quando Rocco Oddo — fratello del noto arrampicatore Enzo Oddo — gli segnalò la presenza di alcuni massi interessanti, notati mentre saliva una via poco sopra l’area.
Spinto dalla curiosità, Palma si recò sul posto e, una volta individuati i blocchi, ne riconobbe subito il potenziale. Insieme a un gruppo di amici, cominciò a pulirli con pazienza e dedizione, liberando le prime linee. Senza grandi proclami, nacque così una nuova area boulder, incastonata tra gli splendidi paesaggi alpini sopra Limone Piemonte.
Il bello, però, è che la storia di questo luogo è tutt’altro che finita: nel 2024 c’è ancora spazio per lasciare il proprio segno. Tra progetti non ancora risolti e linee da spazzolare, l’area offre l’opportunità concreta di contribuire attivamente allo sviluppo di un sito che ha ancora molto da raccontare.
