Park by the bridge. Walk up to the railways. walk along these for a little while, road on your left side, hil on the right. You will see a dent in the fence at some point. Cross over and you will be on a old tractor road. continue up the hill. the boulder is on your right side and should be visible. If you continue up, you will see the leadwall.
