The book says V8 sit into a V5 stand into a V2 stand. It seems to be a V6 sit into a V3/4 stand and a V0 stand.

No idea if I started this in the right place or not and suppose it depends a lot on seated height. Either way V6 seemed about right

Did it with the heel up on the sloper/stand hold for the start-- light V8. Pretty ugly start sequence either way.
