From thecrag.com: Right to left Roof & Lower Lip Traverse. V5 Upper lip is out for both hands and feet however can be used to topout at the end. For the full V7 tick traverse all the way to the left prior to topping out. The early topout directly from the Huecko is graded at around V6.
